How does staff commission work?
Give each staff member a default rate — a percentage of the service or a fixed amount per service — and optionally a different rate on specific services. When the cashier takes payment, BeautyFlow books each person's commission on what the client actually paid, discounts included.
Can my staff see what they earned?
Yes. Each staff member gets their own login with their services, earnings, bookings, shifts and payslips. They can't take payments or see anyone else's numbers.
Do clients pay online?
No — clients book online and pay you at the salon by cash, M-Pesa or card. BeautyFlow takes no cut of your sales.
How do I pay for BeautyFlow?
