Can I use the salon POS on my phone?
Yes. The POS works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Many salons use a phone or tablet at the front desk.
How does the POS handle M-Pesa?
Choose M-Pesa (or M-Pesa and cash) as the payment method and the sale is recorded. Reports then split your takings by method.
Can a client pay later?
Yes. Keep the ticket open while the client is in service and take payment from Open tickets when they're done.
How do I pay for BeautyFlow?
Monthly, by card or M-Pesa through Paystack. There is no contract and no setup fee — stop paying and your page drops back to the free plan. Your data stays.
Does BeautyFlow take a cut of my sales?
No. Clients pay you directly at the salon by cash, M-Pesa or card. BeautyFlow only charges the monthly plan.
Do I need special hardware?
